Theanan Seaview Villas are located approx. 800 meters from the sea (every villa enjoys a sea view) in a semi-rural location of the Coral Bay / Sea Caves area of Peyia (Pegeia), Paphos (Pafos), Cyprus. The villas are close to various beaches such as Coral Bay and Laouro (Coralia) beach, St. George (Ayios Georgios) marina,  nature parks – The Akamas Peninsula, Coral Bay and Peyia town centers where you will find restaurants, cafes , pubs and banks. Also close are local schools private and public, horse riding academy, zoo, archaeological sites, just to name of few of the attractions and conveniences.

One of our villas , a bungalow, has also been designed for wheel chair accessibility so tenants with a mobility problem can also move freely around the villa.
